Hey there guys and gals, I had to come back home because there’s no housing available or shelter beds available I had been in my truck for a 7 days and exposed to the heat and no money. I need a test for hypothyroidism and I think I have developed a severely mild case of PTSD neurosis on top of my existing ADHD and bipolarity II. I could have Williams disease and might be my liver and it might not my skin is always been a little yellowish red due to my father’s side of the family indian/morrish genealogical history. Needless to say I quite bronze skin currently. I also had a stress cyst on my chin that I emptied on Sunday night and it got infected, so I went to the walk-in clinic and now that’s my favorite place because the ladys is there really really nice and really really good looking. Now I don’t mean y’all ladies there internal medicine are not beautiful yourselves, I was just stricken by my nurse and the doctor at the after hours clinic.

Continuing; a little gay Italian at your competitions ER north of you guys gave me an speedy psychological evaluation on Monday and told me that my infirometry apps was a pollution and that I had a psychosis about my designation of the data being provided across multiple apps that he would not look at of course they were busy filled up with guys sitting in the hallway on gurneys waiting to get checked out for for oh I don’t know my best guess is Covid 19 vaccine complications. Of which I have come to a conclusion and the best theory to the hypothesis I have developed is if they are transmitting biometrics from the nanoparticulate self-assembled antenna transparent side all the vaccinated it is giving off at 2.4 gigahertz Bluetooth signal… They are transmitting it through the 5G networks in neighborhood and commercial internet routers that most of us don’t even have access to or a device that uses it but it still transmitting dangerous levels of 5G which means that it’s a lot of information with Liberty to believe that it must be the biometrics from everyone going somewhere. We got fiber optic installed here at the house while I was away and I thought there was no 5G signal coming from it when I drove by and scanned but when I got here yesterday I checked it out and now there is two count them two separate channels emitting emitting a 5G frequency and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. We are hardwired landline into the router for our computers and we don’t even use Wi-Fi !

Continuing; ( this should be the last communication ). I need to come in and get some test run for hypothyroidism and I can pretty much well treat myself for PTSD but it’s just not knowing whether it’s my glucose blood sugar something to do with My white blood cell count or liver damage which is possible or something else please make sure that if I get picked up by law enforcement but I get medical treatment. I pretty much dealt my own psychological treatment with support for my friends online and social media of which my mother thinks isimaginary

Oops I accidentally hit send. Wrap this up please give me appointment for a video conference ASAP Dr. Mayhon or the nurse as I do not feel that this is altogether wholly
or partially psychological it must be physiological or psychosomatic. I have always been hypoglycemic to a point and I have suspicious my mother has been spiking my food and drink with glycine for quite some time, which puts me directly into almost comatose state after eating something she has fixed for me. However if I take my vitamins and my Vyvanse I come out of it or when I wake feeling the shakes and hypoglycemic it brings me out of it too so I wish to remain on Vyvanse. However while I was at the motel the second time this year I had backed off on taking the Vyvanse and had started taking some CB night water soluble CBD sleeping solution from American shaman. I wish I had found use for hypothetically taking an extra one if I find myself falling out during the middle of the day or afternoon of course this keeps me up until the night if I take it in the afternoon but it’s much better than the cascading symptoms of wish I cannot point to a physiological reason or a direct result of my albeit eclectic, rather stable mental cognitive abilities and the ability to discern facts from fiction and hallucinations from veritas. I do not wish to go back to taking antipsychotics or go be admitted to any facility or institution that does not allow me to smoke my tobacco or poses the threat of inoculation.
